Tendril Grape Macroalgae | Botryocladia sp.

Botryocladia, also known as “Red Grape Caulerpa”, or “False String of Pearls” is an attractive red macroalgae that grows to resemble a vine of grapes due to its grape-like, fluid-filled bladders. This particular species features spiraling, tendril-like branches that rarely branch off into secondary branchlets. The specimen you receive will more than likely be a single branch.
