Caulerpa racemosa var. peltata, also known as “suction cup” Caulerpa, is a prolifically-growing marine macro algae that is most often used in the display aquarium due to their attractive suction-cup-like blades. This species forms runners as well as roots that will hold the algae in place within the sandbed or rockwork of an aquarium.
