String-of-Pearls Macroalgae | Coelarthrum sp.

Coelarthrum sp. is an attractive red macro algae that grows to resemble a, well, string of pearls due to its grape-like, fluid-filled bladders. It is similar in appearance to Botryocladia, but is much more pink in appearance and does not possess the pronounced stolon that Botryocladia has.
