Asparagopsis algae exhibits fuzzy, intricately-branching growth upright resembling a plume. It requires turbulent flow, and will grow into a dense bush with time. It is very variable in color, ranging from red, orange, pink, and even tan/white. Most specimens are a pale reddish-pink, or cream color. It is VERY sensitive to shipping and will most likely not arrive alive if shipped with anything less than Next-Day Air. Please keep this in mind!
