The Red Beard Sponge is a rare, beautiful species of sea sponge that compliments macroalgae very well. It features orange or red ruffled growth, and is fairly hardy for a sea sponge. Comes in both a spiny, ruffled pattern and a lobbed ruffled pattern. These are filter-feeding animals and should be target fed phytoplankton and other food geared towards filter-feeding animals.
