Panda Coral Goby | Paragobiodon lacunicolus
The Panda Coral Goby (Paragobiodon lacunicolus), also known as the Panda Clown or Blackfin Coral Goby, is a small, peaceful reef fish known for its white body, black fins, and orangish head. These gobies naturally spend much of their time tucked inside the branches of corals, hence the name. Once comfortable, they may become more visible, particularly around feeding time.

Provide plenty of live rock, caves, and shaded hiding areas to help this naturally cryptic goby feel secure. Panda Coral Gobies should be kept with peaceful tankmates and offered small meaty foods such as mysis shrimp, enriched brine shrimp, finely chopped seafood, and other appropriately sized frozen foods. Their small adult size and peaceful nature make them an excellent choice for established nano and pico reef/macroalgae aquariums.
