An intriguing decorator crab that often wears a sponge or tunicate on its back like a helmet. Will be shipped with a sponge, but may detach in transit. It will eventually re-attach the sponge to its back using its hooked hairs to keep it in place. They are omnivores and will munch of some macroalgae and maybe soft corals. We wouldn’t recommend one for a reef, but are often amazing oddities for a macro system!
