The Dwarf Blue-Legged Hermit is a small species of hermit crab native to Florida & the Caribbean. They will not harm most complex macroalgae, and are a staple cleanup crew member in our displays.

Caution: May consume Cymopolia barbata and other small calcareous macroalgae.

*Disclaimer: while we personally have never had our hermit crabs do sufficient damage to most macroalgae species, there is always a chance of hermit crabs taking a liking to a particular macroalgae.
