A beautiful, medium-sized, reef-safe starfish for the aquarium! It appreciates older systems where it can feed in biofilm and other microfauna. It is less sensitive than Linckia stars, though it is still more sensitive than most invertebrates. It’s a very rare species. Assorted colors - typically orange/white patterned - but can be shades of rusty orange, red, green, white, or a mixture. We cannot guarantee a specific color, just that they have brighter coloration than the more common gray/blue biscuit stars.
