Carpeting Halimeda | Halimeda opuntia

Halimeda opuntia is a heavily calcified macroalgae that creeps or carpets along rockwork in the aquarium. This species is very unpalatable to most marine fish and invertebrates.

*Halimeda species will often turn white/pale in shipping and should color back up to a bright/olive green within a couple of days after acclimation.
